Stormtrack Members,
The National Weather Service in Amarillo will be holding an Open House tomorrow (April 15th) from 10:00 AM to noon exclusively for storm chasers. We realize that many chasers will be in the area due to the potential for severe weather later in the day and want to provide an opportunity for them to tour our office and learn how we operate during severe weather. Most importantly, this gives us a chance to meet and get to know chasers that frequent our area and provide us with invaluable reports. Please spread the word within the chaser community as we are only announcing this on Stormtrack. Keep in mind we would like to limit participation to this particular event to chasers only.
We are located at 1900 English Road off of Highway 60 just east of Amarillo. We look forward to meeting you.
