NCAR has a decent satellite page offering multiple products on both national & regional scales:

For quick checks or when I’m trying to find where the heck the subtle shortwave the SPC referenced in its outlook I use the above but when chasing my unequivocal personal favorite is SimuAWIPS:

It’s free and the not only does it offer excellent GOES 1k & 4k imagery it also offers a suite of products including numerical models (in a basic, limited capacity), basic surface & UA analysis and radar including Dual-Pol. Along with the SPC mesoanalysis page I find it to be a very useful tool for monitoring the environment and a very reliable one as well.
