Is there any reason that I should not have the radar, strikes, winds ect go to blue buttons? I run the aviator pkg and have deleted and reinstalled several times and can not get these buttons to change and activate.
Since WxWorx was not really usable in Canada, I never really looked into this but now I come accross this discussion and notice all the new Canadian updates on the new version... so to this mean that WxWorx is now totally usable in Canada with Canadian radars?
That is totally great! Altough I read on wxworx website that XMWX is in US only, is this going to change now since Canadian data can be processed?
I lost my topo because I had not upgraded the previous downloads 1.31 patch, 1.31 update, and the 1.33 update. After having these problems I contacted WxWorks and they explained that I needed to do an unistall and delete all the folders. I then did the basic clean install with the original disk. After that I went to the download page (http://www.wxworx.com/ground/download_updates.php) and started at the bottom up. I was told to load my mapping upgrade disk LAST.
This worked.
MESO has been using the new program now for a week or two and have not had a single problem or crash. I got great help from WxWorks tech support and I am very happy with the new data, except I wish they could change the colors of the boundries for the outlook percentages.
I just downloaded it and currently running 1.35a. The only thing I see wrong is that the winds bar is staying gray. However, I do believe with the Master Mariner data package (which is what I have) this is suppose to be included in the data. Thus the bar should be blue or red. If I can't fix it so be it, I didn't use that feature much, but I just would like the upgrade not to be a downgrade...
This may be a silly question, but I've downloaded the 1.35 upgrade, and can see the new buttons on the side. However, I see no button for SPC Watches...is there such a button, or do the watches just appear, as long as you have the responder package? I'm only looking at the demo version, because I'm over in England and we don't have XM!
