Mobile Device Messaging

Hi everyone.

I recently upgraded to a new phone (hooray). Does anyone have any recommendations for weather alerts/haz wx daily email service? I'm looking for something very simple, plain, and nothing more then the text of NWS products.

I know you were looking more for a subscription based solution, however I'll give you something to consider.

I use a program called Weather Message to process the EMWIN stream and have it send me alerts via Text Messages to my cell phone. You can customize the program to send the alerts you're interested in. There's other software in this area too, RealEmwin comes to mind among others. Advantage? One time cost for software, no subscription required. About the only downside for some is the need to have a computer to run it all the time (I put it on a server I run 24/7).
