Missouri River Flooding

Had a pretty good idea this was coming.

River obs are reporting moderate and major flood conditions in some locations, with major flooding now in the forecast for most cities along the lower basin. Take a look at the observed precip tab on the link above. There's a lot of water moving this way -

and that low level jet slamming into it over night, I don't think tomorrow night is going to offer much help. I can't remember seeing so many rivers in NE running so high for so long. Strange to see the Platte actually raging just below bridges.
