This is the only one I know of, but I just noticed you are looking for 96 and this doesn't go that far back. Sorry, but this is the only thing like that I'm aware of.

You should be able to view upper-air data from the requested date at http://vortex.plymouth.edu/ --> click on "archived data". Otherwise, I'm not sure where else to look for data from '95 (other than basic high/low/precip, which should be on or have links to from the local NWSFO site).

Go down until you find North American Regional Reanalysis

Click on plot/ftp4U

You will be able to create most of the fields you are interested in. Make sure when you get to the page to pick your fields you select the time you requested at the bottom of the page under "Select Time". Here are few quick plots I made for that event.

Craig, I did a case study of this event for my senior research project when I was at Creighton finishing my B.S. in ATS. I got just about every piece of data I could get my hands on. I wrote up a paper on it, but never pushed for publication since it was a case study and nothing really ground breaking or different. Still it was an interesting case and made a good topic for senior research. PM me with what data you want and I'll see what I can get you. It has been a while since I have even looked at it but if you have some simple questions I can answer them here.
