In serious need of help for GRLevel3

To make a long story short, I've had all of my gear out and tested it, everything worked great, until tonight when i got a virus and had to reformat, I re installed GRLevel3 and it won't work. I get an error that says:
Error code: 0x8876086A
Unable to get DirectX9 device capabilites
GRLevel3 will now exit

I've done some searching and what I can find says I need to have Direct3D Acceleration enabled, but when I look for that it says its not available.

If anyone can help me as soon as possible that would be great, thanks in advance.

Update your video card drivers and run Windows Update. If that doesn't work, ask Mike Gibson on the GrLevel3 owners' forum.
