In black and white

This is one that I took in New Mexico last summer and was getting ready to enter it in a local photography contest.

I always wonder about the hopes and dreams the families had that used to live in abandoned houses like this one. Hardships and sorrows as well as happy and prosperous times. Makes me appreciate the good fortune that I have had.

I guess I'm going to have to learn how to link my photos instead of just posting the small size that is allowed here. They seem to lose a lot of the detail this way.
