Hastings MI Chaser ID?

For the second time now, I've seen a vehicle all slapped over with media storm chaser decals here in my community of Hastings, Michigan, and I'm wondering whom it belongs to. I keep hearing about it from friends in the area, so whoever owns it must live around here. It's a dark Suburban with Storm Chaser Vehicle emblazoned on the sides, along with other decals about CNN and so forth. But no area chasers I've talked with have a clue whom it could be, and we normally know who's who. Naturally I'd like to find out who this is, but so far I haven't had a chance to meet the vehicle's owner.

Anyone from Michigan got a clue who this person is? Maybe it's someone on this forum?

My first thought was Ethan Mulinix, but I think he lives out this way, plus I don't believe he drives a an SUV. The other is Don McCracken (TVN), but I haven't run into him yet to see what he's driving, Bob.
