• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

    I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

    For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

    From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

Putting up for sale is my LNIB Maximum Signal Traveller IN Vehicle Wireless amplifier. I purchased this new with the mag mount antenna directly from Maximum Signal in early March. It's been used a total of 10 days since I purchased it. It works as advertised and I have been impressed by the performance. As can be seen in the picture below, all components are in pristine condition and I will include a copy of the original purchase receipt. Reason for sale is not b/c I need to, but want to. Family and work obligations are going to limit my one-off chases and my chase partners and I have got a different data setup for our annual chasecation.

In the interest of full disclosure, the mag mount antenna is not the strongest one I've encountered. I always mounted it on the rear deck of my Accord sedan, and it did get blown over twice by 50+mph cross winds (while driving 65mph) during a chase, but otherwise was fine. Not sure how it will be on a rooftop mount as I never tried it. I asked Maximum Signal about this in June when I encountered this, and they indicated a dab of silicone can help to alleviate this but felt the mag mount was fine.

Dropping price to $250 shipped (I use USPS priority mail) via Paypal Gift payment. I suspect some folks may be concerned about the mag mount strength, so I dropped the price so if someone wants/needs to pick up a replacement mag mount antenna from Maximum Signal, you can do so while keeping the overall package price reasonable.
