Starting time around 3pm...food and drink will be provided, including alcoholic beverages, but if anyone wants to bring a special dish, snacks or drinks that would be great. No money is required, but if anyone wants to chip in a few bucks, that would be appreciated. Videos are welcome, but this isn't necessarily a video party as non chasers may be there as well. Just a chance to see old friends and make some new ones perhaps.

All who plan to attend please RSVP either Rob Satkus ([email protected]) or myself ([email protected]) so we can plan on what/how much food/drink to get.

*we realize this is the same day as TESSA, but to be honest, I doubt most folks who are attending that conference would be at this party if it weren't

Perhaps this party could be re-set? It directly conflicts with TESSA, as earlier mentioned ,and I know that TESSA has always been a good draw for the Community..

I wish we could, but other things prevent us from having it another time. We thought about doing it the 1st, but after conferring with quite a few people, most actually preferred the 8th, which did kind of surprise me a bit. I guess it's because quite a few people will be in town for the Norman NWS event which will allow them a chance to attend when they otherwise couldn't. After the 8th, the weather begins to play more into things. Now, if there is a chaseable event nearby on the 8th, that will cancel the party and we will see if there might be another date, but like I said, the later on into the season you go, the harder it is to schedule something in advance.
I know Shane and Mickey are driving up after TESSA, so maybe they can squeeze everyone into Shane's little chasemobile and carpool on up :>)
