Chase Logs/Poll

Hello all, Being new to the forums, and trying to keep a low signal to noise ratio, I have delayed posting until I had a relavent topic that I couldn't find in the archives...so;

how do you log your chases and would there be any interest in a product like this: http://www.nomadjournals.com/journals.cfm

I know I would be interested in either this or a similar product. Short of that, I would like to come up with a form/log based on input from you, that I could use this upcoming season.
What would you put in and how would you format it?
