Can't log in to SN

I registered with Spotter Network and received an email with my username and password but when I try to log in it tells me the username or password is incorrect. Where do I go from here.

For starters your username isn’t your email address. It’s generally your real name that will display next to the red beacon once you’re logged in. So I’d venture a guess that it’s Charles Odom.

I got an email telling me my username was "ki4vmk" which is my ham radio call sign and a password I won't put on an open forum. The username and password will not work.

Are you using a password manager either built into your browser or a standalone app like Norton Identity Safe? If so it may have picked up the wrong credentials and you’ll need to correct them in the settings. Even if you type in the correct information they can overwrite with the wrong credentials after you hit enter. Otherwise, we’ll have to wait for @John Wetter to see if he has any other suggestions.

That's not it. I have used 3 different computers with different browsers. Tried to register with different username and email address and it tells me the username or email address is already in use. I think something is wrong with the website.

Hi Charles,
Your next option would be to use the ‘lost password’ option on our login page at www.spotternetwork.org and use the ‘lost password’ feature and it will email you a new one.

I did the "lost password" Saturday and never got a reply. I tried it again this morning and got a new password and I'm in. Thanks everyone for your help.
