Can't get my password to reset? My number is 4dd5838bd20ae thats my spotter Id my email address is [email protected] I dont understand when I go to update password it says password is not what is on file.

Sorry to hear of your difficulties, Russell. I hope a SpotterNetwork admin such as @John Wetter will swing by and address this for you soon. I am sorry that you are experiencing extended outages due to this.
