Being a Brit my first approximation answer is: The USA! However, I guess we're narrowing it down - it's hard to know based on my 2 weeks of chasing per year, but thinking about locations I've often ended up in is a good start. Hays or Salina, I think, would be my choices. I like the countryside around there, and the roads are good. Besides, I think chances often last into June, and you're closer to the northern states for summer chases.
