Best 4G/LTE signal booster

I've been looking at this one: http://www.wpsantennas.com/SC-SoloVI-15.aspx ....mainly because it's one of the few that come up when you look for an LTE amp. I just want to be sure I'm comparing apples to apples here:

Yours has 48.7dB gain, where that on only has 15dB
Yours has -114dBm receive sensitivity, where the other one only has -94dBm
Yours has 29.2dB output power, where the other one only has 19.5dBm

Am I comparing the right parameters here? I know enough about wireless to prove just how much I don't know.

Also, where does one preorder one of these (don't see a link on your site for this). And finally, any ETA on when the FCC will take off their nasty hat and let you sell these?

specs are correct . We have been conservative . Pre orders will be taken once the FCC gives us our final Grant to go into production . That we can be realistic about delivery dates.

Signal boosters are definitely worth the money....I'm on Verizon and I can have 1 bar and I switch on my booster and I have full bars. I have a Rockies amp from Maximum Signal http://www.maximumsignal.net/ The owner of the company is a member on this board and has great products.

Totally agree Jim. Gordon's company has a great booster. I love my Rockies amp (though the antenna base is toast after getting hit by a baseball sized piece of hail in west Texas a few years ago). Sounds like based on my conversation earlier this week that Rockies won't work with my current VZ 4G LTE jetpack. Regardless, I'm looking forward to his new booster to support that technology.

wow. i was about ready to buy a wilson because of the delays Maximum Signal wss having, but i guess i will just wait.

the signal at my apartment in downtown Denver sucks. 1 lousy bar. internet is slow as beans (4g/lte) through Verizon and calls cut out or get cut off.

driving a commercial truck most places i go dont have great signal.

wish people would quit screwing with Gordon because I desperately need one of these. sigh. truly frustrating.

I am really surprised! I live down in the Colorado Springs and swear by the Wilson 4G Amp. I owed the Max Signal and loved it, but bought this before last season as a 4G Verizon add-on. Chasing last year, I only had one or two areas that I couldn't stay in 4G land.

I really like the Wilson Amp

I will be purchasing the Wilson Amp if they don't have the Max. Signal available by Tornado Chasing Season......I can't keep going with no signal

Roger Hill will be field testing a prototype I had to pry away from The FCC this week Hopefully he will be able to give all his opinions at Chasercon . We will be giving a unit away there at Chasercon as a grand Prize for attendees. Unit will be shipped to winner as soon as the FCC allows us to go into production . We are going to washington DC next Tuesday for another meeting with the FCC. Here is hoping that ends well. Wilson stuff does not hold a candle to ours for too many reasons to even list . The federal arbitrator is pushing for their whole product line to be pulled of the shelves for sale as they do not come close to meeting any of the new Regulations. Just have a powerful US senator bought and paid for!

I agree with you Gordon but I needed something! The Wilson product was a great add for $150. Once you product is out I will for sure look at it!

Wilson may or may not work, but it can't be any worse than not having anything...and if it works, I saved myself $400.00....now granted, I would much rather have something that is proven to work, and really perform, but if it is not for sale, then I can't buy it......

Believe me we are trying. We have been at this 22 months . Over $700,000.00 just in legal fees at this point . Unfortunately I do not own a US Senator. Did not even know where to shop for one. Spent too much money on R&D making a superior product to even afford one. In the future the key might be , buy a politician and don't put so much money into developing a superior product.

That was my thinking exactly Larry. So far I love it.
