Allison House Data Feed Offline?

Is anyone else getting the following error message? I would have posted this question onto the A.H. support forum but I can get into there ether.

"Could not connect to the nexrad database".

It's back up now. Tyler had server problems, and now it is running again.

This kind of crap always happens when I take my wife out for a date.
