• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

A month to Chase!

Yeah, that was a classic moment Steve! Glad to share that with you! I can't wait for my kids to see some serious boltz! Bug boltz!

Hey J and Cstrunk! Thanks for the input. Yeah, I was thinking all that stuff. Salina sounds like a good plan too. My fam is prety mello. Just to be out playing in the yard, or climbing a tree will suit us fine. I actually would like to stay in a quite place away from a bunch of noise! Where we stay I guess depends on whats available. I am going to really start looking after the new year, until then, please keep your ears open for us!
Thanks!

Hey Guys and Gals,

Looks like we are still on the plan for coming out for a month. What are your thoughts on a house in the Colby Kansas area from May 10th to June 15th? Would that be a good place to set up shop?

I was hoping for Wichita but this may be a deal that I cant pass up. Thoughts?

Thanks!
Brian

Colby should be good. Its an easy drive to CO or even WY for those low key upslope days. Staging in KS, you should be right in the thick of things, unless of course '11 is like '10. Then you'll be leaving the state everytime you chase, but at least you'll be centrally located.

I say lock it in...and move on to the next phase of your planning and preparation. It's not that far off from the season now. I know I'm already working on wrapping up my plans, equipment and vehicle prep so that I can maximize my earnings potential when out this year (it's the first year I'll be chasing with the business side a much higher priority).
