Lisa is tropical system number 8 in the Atlantic. Winds are at 60 mph as of this writing, with gusts to 70 mph. lt may become a minimal hurricane today. Pressure is at 998 mb.

Lisa is the 12th tropical system to develop in the Atlantic/Gulf region. That's 8 in the Atlantic and 4 in the Gulf. Looks like it's going to pass north of Puerto Rico within the next week.
