Tornado Watch is now up for Minnesota and Wisconsin. The storms are going to be hauling it as they track northeast this afternoon. Convection moving into Northern IL appears to fall apart as it moves east. Perhaps the threat will stay north of me, even though the most instabilty is south.

Well, it looks like a bust now. Tornado watch cancelled/expired. LaCrosse, WI doppler in clear air mode. Scattered showers and thunderstorms look probable for Northern IL this evening, but it looks like there will be nothing too severe. Today was definitely overshadowed by Ivan the Terrible anyway. Looked so promising earlier, but now, nothing.
