6/22/10 NOW:WY/SD/NE/MN/IA/IL/IN

I'm not sure whats going on at all with the reports near Eagle Grove, IA. I'd love someone to step up here or in the Reports thread and call me out, but what I saw on that storm was ragged HP structure. There were times where the rain cleared out enough from the bowing RFD gust front and there was enough lightning that I could see the north flank of it and I saw ragged lowerings, but nothing that looked tornadic. The NWS called me for confirmation on the reports they were getting and they were not impressed with what they had heard so far. I do see there are damage reports coming out of the Eagle Grove area, but it remains to be seen if this is straight line wind damage or tornadic. Prove me wrong, but I'm extremely skeptical about the "wedge" reports coming out of the Eagle Grove storm.
