Michael, Eric and I are at the Best Western in Goodland, KS. Don't have alot of hopes of seeing much today, just a day to get into position for tomorrow in the TX panhandle. We crossed the dryline at the CO/KS border, have a little CU here and there. We shall see.

Well, the small cells that formed in SW Nebraska evidently have some good structure, acccording to Al P of the Goodland NWS.....

Cell in SW Nebraska has a "large cone" tornado, according to (who else) Roger Hill.....

There has been reports of a "large tornado" for about the past 45 mins! just crossed I-80

I guess the thread should include NE by now..there is apparently a large Tornado that tracked SE to East of North Platte , SE of Brady . Radar SRV shows strong Rotation but the cells in the BR mode aren't showing the classic hook echo..
VIL are up in the 70s too ! Dew points in Broken Bow are only in the mid 50s besides....

The Dawson County EM is reporting a large tornado has struck the southern side of the town of Gothenburg, NE causing extensive damage to homes, according to the LSR out of LBX.
Roger was prolly the only chaser on this storm; I can't wait to see his footage of this tornado!
