With a tornado warning now issued in Louisiana, and new cells firing in south central Oklahoma and north central Texas, a NOW thread is initiated. Parameters actually look pretty decent, with a tongue of 1,500 - 2,000 j/kg SB CAPE nosing just north of the Red River under clear skies. Cell just north of Denton and another east of Ardmore bear watching.

New cells DFW airport area also storm SW of Sherman hail and shear increasing severe soon.

Storm headed toward Paris TX rotation increasing.

Tracking an storm just west of Paris, TX, now with a potential to be tornadic at anytime. Right inline with that tongue of higher SFC Based CAPES running about 1500 (J/KG) according to the latest RUC.

The storm WSW of Paris is turning right the hail core 2" or larger will go over Paris the circulation may cross the south side of Paris in ten mintues.

Strong rotation five SW of Paris tornado MAY BE IN RAIN CORE NOW!!!

Confirmed tornado near Clarksville, TX via NWS -- reported as rain wrapped at times.

That storm has a very impressive mid-level meso with a cyclical very strong rotating low level meso.

Good bit of damage in NE tx this evening, but the storms in ne tx into se are are not too impressive. Only one warning out and see no rotation... I do think, however, that as storms move into an environment with higher cape values and overall instability, they may intensify.
