3/30/07 FCST: MO/IL/IA/KS/TX/OK/AR

Departed Enid (virtually) for Cisco, TX, east of Abilene, as a mid-afternoon data stop and time to figure out where in the convective mess to go. My current feeling is south -- Brownwood to Brady. There's energy for later coming east south of the border that should stir up and loosen the grunge there now. [High level analysis there....:D]

I agree with ya Mick, the potential is definitely there for at least a few tornadoes in Southern Oklahoma today. Capes are already 1500 in Southern Oklahoma and if we get any heating we will have low LCLs, strong shear and modest cape. My target is my couch :D

Just an FYI to those making their plans, if you end up needing WiFi and you're around Velma, OK the town has A LOT of free places for WiFi especially Speedy Gs. So if you are in the area and need WiFi, its probably your best best. One fly in the ointment is that the area here isn't the greatest for chasing until you get 5 W of town or so.
