Some absolutely crazy dynamics look to overspread Ohio and surrounding regions tomorrow afternoon. The left exit region of a ~110kt midlevel jet overspreads the area as the surface low rapidly deepens to the northwest, and this with a pool of mid-50s dewpoints. Model consensus is on little to no instability to take advantage of this environment due to clouds. However, if the first morning visible satellite images show any areas of clearing, we will likely have an event on our hands.
I had originally planned on staying in St. Louis for the snow tomorrow, but this possibility is looking very tempting. Dayton by noon would be my target as of current data.
