Amazing update of WRF: I see very nice mid level flow together with a strong and veering low level jet; as for moisture they're giving us dews in the low 60's in Sw Ks and Ok Panhdle. The cap is termonuclear even if WRF breaks out some precipitation in Sw Ks and Ok Panhandle and northern Tx Panhandle. If this solution is right, these could be maps for a moderate risk in SW Ks and Ok Panhandle plus northern Tx Panhandle, IMO. This is BOOM or BUST.

Still No-Go

Bit early in the afternoon for storms. But I see storm initiation in SW TX, right SW of Fort Stockton. Still no word yet from SPC about any SWWs. They are having mesoscale discussions about possible SWW for North Dakota and South Dakota. I have a feeling a lot of storm chasers would be staying home today!! :(
