A tornado has been reported just SE of Salem, OR.
Evidently trees are down and there are reports of people being trapped.
I will submit updates as I hear more.

Very unusual for this area.

Nothing too great in terms of radar depiction. The image is from 1947Z (1147 AM PST) at the time it showed the best rotational signature during the storm's lifetime. Echo Top at 1947Z was 21000 ft.
