Chased today in Kanawha County, West Virginia. With PWats around 2.5", heavy rain was nearly widespread across the state. Storms produced flash flooding across the county, and I ended up shooting impressively-fast flowing floodwaters over a low water bridge. Large debris cascaded over the edge, which resembled a low-head dam with two feet of water over the road. Large trees and logs floating downstream would cartwheel partially out of the water as they went over the edge. The motion of the water was dizzying.
