This is the USB version. The receiver unit is in very good condition which I purchased it a couple of years ago. The only thing I've done to it was add some velcro on the bottom of it. It comes with the mini-puck antenna and the USB cable as well as the mounting plate and screws. It is ready to go. It includes the base installation CD (v1.33) and the GPS/Mapping upgrade CD.
