• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

Got old B&W darkroom equip. and supplies taking up space?

I'm in the process of setting up a home darkroom for black & white work and am looking for people who are trying to free up some space (and perhaps make the Significant Other happy?) by off-loading unused equipment and supplies.

(If I want to, I can buy this stuff extremely cheap all day long on eBay, but I am looking for someone who wants to see their equipment and supplies put to good use in a fellow chaser's home. Those who want top online auction dollars are welcome to list their stuff on the online auction and deal with the associated fees and hassles, if your stuff is worth that much to you.)

Items I'm looking for in particular:

• Darkroom trays in various sizes up to 16x20
• Negative carriers to fit Beseler 23CII or Beseler 45MX
• Enlarger lenses (especially those on 23CII or 45MX boards)
• Your surplus B&W photographic paper
• Enlarging easels (bordered or borderless)
• Contact printers
• Your surplus/outdated B&W photographic film (including bulk)
• Unmixed darkroom chemistry
• Multi-reel capacity stainless steel film tanks (have enough singles)
• 120/220 size stainless steel reels
• Misc. darkroom tools like film clips, tongs, etc.
• What do you have that I've forgotten to list?

Am also always on the lookout for Pentax film cameras and (especially) lenses (either K-mount or screwmount).

Please drop me a line with anything you may have to dispose of. Thanks for looking!

I got some basic B/W stuff. I forgot what I even have. I'll stop by my storage unit tomorrow while I'm out to see what I got.

I pretty sure I have the multi-reel, but I know that it is plastic, not SS.
