Weather calendars and copyright infringement?

I've been buying these in malls for several years now and they always run photo credits, including for the smaller images that are on the actual calendar dates. Have they been dishonest in copyright matters? If so, I'll never buy another one.

I think you are right Susan. Jim also licenses out some other chaser's photography too. That being the reason why Eric Nguyen's Mulvane pic is on there. But yeah, I know that Eric's photo was on the cover last year and it would be strange that they would use multiple photos year after year.
