Weather Act Renewal Bill in House of Representatives

I didn't know until yesterday that a bill was introduced in the House to amend and renew the 2017 Weather Act. I slogged through (I'm guessing) about 60 pages of dense text so you don't have to. There is no Disaster Review Board but there are a couple of minor tilts in that direction.
