Trauma First Aid and Post-Disaster Safety Class this Spring

I will be conducting a trauma first aid and post-disaster safety class sometime in late April or early May in the OKC area. There may be a second class in June, further west.

The main focus of the free class will be first aid for life threatening injuries, especially those associated with disaster scenarios. The second half of the class will cover rescue and safety issues in post-disaster situations.

I am currently lining up volunteers and speakers.

This first class will be open to chasers and spotters only. It may be extended as a public event in the future.

It does as long as you have something to wrap around it to induce said pressure. I really should have gone full medic after my tanker days were ended by my knee injury. What's done is done I guess.
