Thundersnow with Frequent CG Lightning

Does anyone know of severe thundersnow events with frequent CG lightning? I have seen severe thundersnow with lots of CC lightning, but I don't doubt there are CG events I didn't see because of the poor visibility.

Are there any records of trees or people struck by thundersnow lightning?

Im not sure how to answer that question but i might be able to see some with this lake effect snow event thats "supposed" to happen. I have never seen a bolt though either. Its always just the flash since the snow is almost always blinding up here when we get it. Possible 6-10 inches through tomorrow of lake effect.
