• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

Here are three previews for my new DVD.
You can see an enlarged version of the cover art here. That should reveal additional details regarding content.

I do credit card transactions over the phone so just call me 913-722-2750 ($18 includes shipping). If it is customary for some of you to do trades I'm happy to do that as well.

Stephen, that second clip, Supercell Crazy... that's awesome. They are all good but that one is excellent. The CGs raining down to the beat of the music, even the stops and restarts of the time lapse to the music... I'm usually not into heavily edited stuff like that, but it is very well done.

Just got done watching "Tempest Gallery". This is one of the best edited DVDs I've seen. Its very artistic, and you feel like you're on a journey as you are carried along with various shots, timelapse sequences, and music. There is great tornado footage on this DVD, however, my favorite parts are the timelapse shots and still montages. They are absolutely stunning and beautiful shots, expertly edited, and set to the perfect music. Seeing towering convection grow and die, supercells approach, and storms dance with lightning was just great. Awesome DVD.

I'm with Skip... this is one of the better put together artistic style DVD's you'll see. I have always known Stephen to be an incredible photographer, but he really shows his range in this DVD putting together some beautiful time lapse segments. Successfully shooting long interesting time lapse segments is easier said than done, but Stephen is among the people who make it seem easier.

He's made it easy for you to decide... just check out the previews he has above!
