Are these the same thing, or is there a special "target area" forum that I am not aware of? I was just wondering. The topic doesn't particularly concern me at this point, as I still do not feel prepared to chase without a more experienced and knowledgable associate; however, I have just graduated from college and will relatively soon have the time to dedicate to the hobby and would appreciate all resources available from this site. Also, I would sincerely like to thank all of you for offering your posts, replies, links, time, and patience that can be so helpful, educational, and meaningful to those of us who are so interested and eager to learn, not to mention, are often, clueless.
