Streaming to Youtube as a Live Event (Using a Galaxy S3)?

Anyone know how to stream to Youtube as a Live Event (Using a Galaxy S3)? I didn't see anything in the Youtube App. I think there might be a way to using Hangouts. I would also like to be able to run the streaming app in the background. I'm using my old window mounted s3 as my Radarscope, GPS/Maps, backup streaming camera.

Look into the ManyCams program (will have to use a laptop though). The ManyCams program I believe has the ability to capture video from a phone. Not sure what is involved in that setup of that, but new options to stream seem to be coming up all the time.
