What is the best service for streaming live chases and what camera is best for live streaming?

I would like 4K or better quality and I will be using StarLink mobile internet to stream.

I've only used the YouTube app. for live broadcasting. A lot depends on where you are posting it. I've used a separate iPhone 16 pro as a camera with the app. The iPhone syncs well with Starlink. This is an easy and reliable set-up for me.
