From the little bit of info I could find on google about it, looks like it could be an interesting/fun thing.

The site itself is nothing more than a blank page for me .lol. (which could be on my end...either it doesn't work with PaleMoon browser...or it attempts to do (or connect to) unsafe things & is blocked)

PaleMoon isn't a supported browser, sorry. Works with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, though. Safety shouldn't be an issue--it's just a typical web site/application.
