SN SpotterNetwork GPS client not working

keep getting a error massage on my spotternetwork gps client i try everything i try to uninstall it then reinstall it and it still doing the same thing i ran a trouble shoot on the software and it say no issue found then the second thing i did is ran a trouble shoot on my internet connection and it also say no issue found it highlighted in yellow please fix the spotter network gps client

Do you have a GPS device connected to the laptop? If not, it's not going to pick up your location as there's nothing to detect it. If you do have a GPS device connected, try ensuring that the SN client is using the correct COM port that the laptop has assigned to the GPS device.

If you could provide a breakdown of your system it would help immensely.

1. What GPS puck do you use?
2. Do you use a GPS splitter like GPSGate?
3. What programs are you trying to use the GPS signal with?

I thought I saw a screenshot of your SN Client somewhere around here. Maybe you can post that in this thread as well.

The info that @Mark Blue just asked for will definitely help find a solution.

Btw Mark, the screenshot was removed from the post as it showed the SN application ID for the user, which is not recommended to be shown to people other than the SN member themselves.
