SN Spotter Network - Vague Error Message When Attempting to Submit Report

As the title indicates, whenever I try to submit a report from RadarScope or from the site itself, I get the vague message that an error has occurred. I RadarScope it is something to the same effect but a response code "500" I think ?

Any suggestions ?

500 is usually an access denies message. Have you passed the spotter network test? If not, you may need to log out of your SN account in RadarScope, pass the test, and log back in. On the SN login in RS, it should also show you if you have reporting abilities.

Thank you for the reply. I made sure before I posted and It does show that I have completed and passed the test. Any other suggestions ?
