SN Spotter Network - Shows training not complete and no reporting privileges

I saw some others have had this same issue. This happened back in December, but I am finally getting around to trying to get this fixed. I don’t remember when I passed my training, but I believe it has been 1-2 years ago. Last December, it started telling me that my training wasn’t completed and I have no reporting privileges. I thought maybe it was a glitch and would fix itself, but it hasn’t. Can someone please help?

Yes. I have had reporting privileges and a dot on RadarScope for a year or two at least. All of a sudden in December, it disappeared and said I had not taken the test.
