SPC issues another Public Outlook...Friday

Did anyone notice that SPC issued another Public Outlook.

I guess they have changed something from last year? Seems like these are becoming common.

Yesterdays outbreak didn't seem to be all that impressive. I was surprised they had a public outlook for that event.
