Sony iSweep panoramic

I just saw this commercial on TV for the Sony iSweep. Camera makes panoramic pics just by holding the shutter down and moving the camera around. Not sure if it can any direction (up and down) but very cool for those panoramic shots.

Anyways I tried search so it doesn't seem anyone has brought this up yet.

That's interesting, never heard of a Sony iSweep before. I would be curious as to how well it performs.

It works well, but it is more for the amateur market.
