Singapore Waterspout Video

CNN has on their main page http://www.cnn.com video of a waterspout over Singapore. I didn't get the audio, but the condensation funnel (despite being aloft) looks more supercellular than the usual smooth, laminar tube of a typical spout. It looks a little like one of the tornadoes Dan Robinson bagged on May 5.
