Severe weather in Australia

Estonian newspaper Postimees has just reported that Canberra was today hit by a hailstorm. There looks to be pretty severe weather in Australia right now. BOM has issued numerous warnings . There is also one severe thunderstorm warning in effect.

Hi Tarmo,

Yes this severe storm has been confirmed a supercell - almost certainly HP supercell. Extensive damage in Canberra. Unlucky for the city, the storm developed during the night period traversed the city, and then weakened on the eastern side of the city.

I watched it on radar as it developed, changed direction until it weakened
