Record Rainfall in Topeka, KS

Storms started to fire around here at about 12:30am this morning. Apparently Topeka was in line with the system the whole time. The total at my office in Manhattan was just over 3 inches, but Topeka topped that apparently. From the Topeka NWS Office:
