RadarScope beacon trouble

Hi, so I recently passed the application and I tried to get my beacon location set on RadarScope but when I go to the Spotter Network part on RadarScope it says “this account cannot report location. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Justin,
I can't find an account that has your last name spelling, would it be different? I see an account without the 'e' in the last name but that account hasn't completed the required training to have your beacon appear.

I received an email @John Wetter that Justin resolved the issue. I’d be willing to bet that 9 times out of 10 it ends up being something rather simple and just requires a little diligence from the end-user to correct the problem. I guess a little coaching along the way never hurts!
