Radar data has been added!

When I scroll in to zoom in, first it scrolls the whole page up to the top and then zooms in. Vice versa when I zoom out. Any way around that? (Chrome)

have to play with it a little more to see if i can get it to only zoom in on the chicago area, but it is really a cool feature!
