question about homemade wx instruments

Hi,

Is there anyway I could, at home. using some basic material, make a
home made sling-pshycrometer?.

if anyone could help, id appreciate it

When I was in 7th grade I made a home-made sling psychrometer for an Earth Science class. If I can remember right, I just used 2 mercury thermometers that I fastened to a piece of wood with their bottoms exposed to the air. I forget how I made the sling itself though, to spin it around. I do remember getting an A for the project though.
